DetailsNew (single-trip) has made one voyage. It looks new, seals perfectly and is the right buy if it's going to be a workshop, a site office or anything people will be looking at for the next twenty years.
Cargo-worthy used is the volume seller. Checked wind and watertight before it leaves us, structurally sound, and it'll wear its history on the outside. This is what most storage jobs should be.
As-is is cheaper again and is exactly what the name says. It is not sold as watertight and it may have repairs, patches or a tired floor. Fine for some jobs, wrong for most — we'll tell you which one you're looking at before you buy, not after.
